apple pie recipes with fresh apples recipes for thanksgiving

Homemade Apple Pie recipe!
My own recipe of apple pie with sour apples.

It is necessary to take 3 big green apples, it is desirable sour.
Apples need to be cleared of peel, to cut thin segments. Don't forget to clean stone from apple and all that in apple. Thin slices of apple should be soft without stones etc.
Then we take 3 eggs. Eggs it is broken and placed in the big bowl.
Then we take 1 glass of granulated sugar and it is filled up it in bowl with eggs. Eggs and sugar is carefully mixed. Then in the formed weight we need to add 1 glass of flour. Flour it is added on hardly hardly and it is mixed carefully.

The pie is baked approximately 30 mines at average temperature (at which you prepare pizza). Necessarily through each 10 mines look in window of oven and observe of that as the pie is baked. When the pie will rise and becomes ruddy colour, it means that the pie is ready. Switch off oven and allow to 5-10 pie on to pine minutes in heat. It is better to eat pie while it warm. Bon appetit!
